Who we are

Desi Zaiqa is a home-based kitchen in Okhla, New Delhi, selling freshly prepared homemade Indian food. This app is used only to browse the menu and place food orders.

Information we collect

• Your name, mobile number, delivery address and landmark
• Your order items, delivery instructions and payment method
• Your approximate location, only if you allow it, so the app can calculate the delivery distance from our kitchen

How your information is used

Your details are used only to prepare and deliver your order. When you tap "Send Order on WhatsApp", the order summary you have reviewed is sent to us as a WhatsApp message from your own WhatsApp account.

Where your data is stored

Your cart and order history are stored only on your own device in your browser storage. We do not run customer accounts and we do not upload your data to any server. Clearing the app data removes this information.

Location permission

Location access is optional and used only at checkout to estimate the delivery distance. Your coordinates are never stored or shared. If you deny access, we simply confirm the delivery charge with you on WhatsApp.

Payments

Payments are made directly by UPI to our UPI ID. The app does not collect or store any card, bank or UPI PIN details.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or third parties. WhatsApp is used to receive your order and is governed by its own privacy policy.

Children

This app is intended for use by adults placing food orders.
